To simply brighten up your kitchen, a new mixer can be an easy win. Taking less than an hour, a great new supply and install can happen for less than $200.
Another good one is to replace the old toilet you have always hated looking at. Choose a toilet with a wide and long base (or get us to size one up) And the old one can be ripped out, new one installed and ready to use the next day.
Even your bathroom sink can be taken out, benchtop modified to install a crisp, clean basin and taps/mixer of your choice.
